Return and Refund Policy

Returns

    To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Packaging: It must be in the original packaging with all original tags attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must have the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

    Non-Returnable Items:

  • Final sale items (marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”).

  • Gift Cards.

    Refunds

    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Timing: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies (typically 5-10 business days).

    Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item (e.g., a different size), please contact us immediately.

    If you simply wish to exchange a non-defective item for a different size and color, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refund Deductions: If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).

  • Free Shipping Orders: If you returned an order that qualified for free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct the actual shipping cost from your refund amount.

    Damaged or Defective Items

    If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within [3] days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the defective item and will send out a replacement at no additional cost.
